Ontario Winter Forecast 2024. November 2024 to october 2025. October could very well deliver some winter weather, but we do not expect that cold weather will lock in until later in november or december.
Snowfall will be below average in the east and above average in the west. Ontario’s winter will be filled with a whirlwind of both snow and rain while the best chances of a white winter being in the prairies.
